Biography:
My home town is Hyderabad, India. After receiving my Bachelors Degree in
Electronics (1998) from Loyola Academy, Osmania University, I got my Master's
Degree in Electronics from The School of Physics,
University of Hyderabad
(2000). I was a graduate student in Department of Physics,
University of Illionois @
Chicago before coming to
MTU in Spring 2003. I have received my Doctoral degree from MTU during May 2008.
Currently, I am a Post Doctoral Scholar in the Department of Electrical and Computer
Engineering, working towards the applications of room temperature operating Single Electron
Transistors (SETs) towards nano sensing.
I will be joining Intel Corporation from August 2008.
